    Reporting to the Head of Policy, Funding and Compliance, this pivotal role provides strategic and practical support across a range of compliance, policy and funding matters.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • providing advice and information to member schools on policy and compliance requirements, recurrent government funding and other funding sources;
    • working with the Head of Policy, Funding and Compliance to develop policy resources, and processes for grant funding distribution to member schools;
    • providing reports and briefings for member schools and assisting in the preparation of reports to government;
    • data management and reporting, including analysing, interpreting and presenting data and statistics to inform policy development, research, evaluation projects, reports and publications;

    • supporting projects as identified by the Head of Policy, Funding and Compliance or the Chief Executive.

    Applications are encouraged from candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds, including HR generalists, policy, compliance or risk professionals, internal auditors or other comparable professional profiles.  The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in administration management, policy and report writing, data collection and interpretation, relationship management, and service delivery.  Excellent interpersonal skills, a highly organised work approach, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are important attributes.  Education sector experience will be well regarded but is not essential.
