    Based at the Warrina Vales site in Morphett Vale and reporting to the Executive Manager People and Culture, this position is responsible for providing HR leadership, support and advice to the team ensuring contemporary HR practice in all aspects of the business.  Key responsibilities include:

    • executing and overseeing HR practices including recruitment and retention, onboarding, employee development, roster management and industrial relations;
    • facilitating ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career growth;
    • coordinating performance management and promoting a welcoming workplace where diversity is valued and applied;
    • ensuring HR policies and procedures are developed and effectively guiding their practice within the organisation;
    • managing the Return-to-Work function.

    Applications are invited from appropriately qualified HR professionals with experience in a Human Resources Management or Generalist capacity.  The successful candidate will be innovative, positive and enthusiastic and display high level communication and relationship building skills.  Also important will be a strong customer service focus, a team orientation, sound problem-solving abilities, initiative, versatility, integrity, warmth, good sense of humour and a genuine willingness to support the Christian ethos of the organisation.
