    Reporting to the General Manager Two Wells, the newly created role of Head of Workforce Optimisation is responsible for operational leadership and labour planning for a significant workforce at the state-of-the-art Two Wells facility. Key responsibilities include:

    • modelling, reviewing, and controlling workforce allocations and costs against budgets and forecasts;
    • leading, motivating, coaching, and managing a team of Labour Managers to maintain a safe, positive, productive, and constructive performance culture;
    • developing data-driven reporting to provide insights on trends for workforce and operational planning, and driving continuous improvement initiatives;
    • overseeing wellbeing, performance, scheduling, and rostering with a focus on enhancing wellbeing, culture, and engagement across a diverse staffing cohort;
    • ensuring effective relationships with growers and labour hire providers to optimise operational outcomes.

    Applications are encouraged without delay from emotionally intelligent, pragmatic, analytical, driven, and experienced manufacturing or operations professionals with proven people leadership, financial, and stakeholder management skills.  Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand workforce-related legislation and regulation, and a commitment to customer and service excellence are critical.  Experience in lean manufacturing will be very highly regarded.  Also important is the ability to model Perfection Fresh values of passion, respect, innovation, discipline, and ethics.
