    Our administration support team is crucial to our success, providing outstanding support to consultants, clients, and candidates. Reporting to the Executive Support Manager and working collaboratively within our team, key responsibilities will include:

    • providing professional and confidential administrative support to consultants on diverse client, candidate, and assignment-related matters;
    • managing calendars, interview schedules, calls, emails, and visitors with timely and professional responsiveness;
    • preparing, formatting and proofing documents and reports with excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
    • supporting recruitment panels with scheduling, venue set up, documentation, catering, client and candidate interactions;
    • managing records and correspondence, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements;
    • managing advertising across digital and print platforms and maintaining website and systems requirements.
