CBB (Community Business Bureau) is a national social enterprise providing salary packaging, not-for-profit advisory services, and professional development resources to enhance the capacity and sustainability of not-for-profit organisations across Australia.  Through its work, CBB empowers fellow not-for-profit organisations to offer more competitive salaries, helping them attract and retain high calibre employees which thereby maximises their potential to drive meaningful social change.

Reporting to the progressive, skills based and cohesive Board, key responsibilities of this unique and pivotal CEO role include:

• proactively crafting, disseminating and delivering the overall vision and strategy for the organisation;
• leading, motivating, mentoring and further developing the management team and dedicated staff;
• driving business growth, sustainability and viability through effective marketing, operational, financial and corporate governance initiatives underpinned by sensitivity to community needs;
• acting as the public face and champion for CBB whilst maintaining important relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders including key government agencies.

Applications are sought from appropriately qualified and highly accomplished general management executives with the leadership, board reporting and business development skills necessary for a role of this type.  A genuine passion for the not-for-profit sector, strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities along with superior communication and negotiation skills will also be required.  An attractive remuneration package is offered to draw a high calibre candidate keen to lead this established service provider and take the business to even greater success.
