Reporting to the Principal, the responsibilities of this diverse business services role include:

• managing the financial aspects of the College in conjunction with the Principal, Board and Executive Team;
• providing financial advice to management relating to College operations;
• ensuring the College maintains compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements;
• ensuring College facilities including buildings, grounds, equipment, furniture and other assets are well maintained;
• overseeing the data integrity of the College’s information management systems and managing ICT suppliers;
• leading, mentoring, motivating, developing and managing a dedicated team across finance, marketing and communications, facilities/property and ICT support.

Applications are encouraged without delay from suitably qualified and experienced finance professionals (CPA/CA highly desired), with strong commercial acumen and the broader experience necessary to provide leadership of the marketing and communications, property/facilities and ICT functions. Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills, proven people leadership and development abilities, innovative thinking, drive and energy will also be important as will a genuine affinity with and preparedness to contribute to the wider school community.  Experience in the human services sector may be an advantage but is not essential.
