This is a broad and influential general management role, requiring both commercial acumen and authentic, relational leadership. While experience in the education sector is not essential, a genuine belief in and affinity for independent education is key. Most critical is the ability to blend strategic oversight with service-oriented leadership to support the ongoing success of this respected and future-focused educational institution.
