The skills-based Board of Directors seek to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced governance professionals. Expertise in digital and data strategy (technology development, data analytics and health digital transformation) will be highly valued to guide the organisation’s journey toward a digital-first, data-driven model. Expressions of interest are also welcome from professionals with experience in financial, commercial and investment management (ideally CA/CPA), health funding and policy and government relations. Generalist backgrounds in governance, strategy, business transformation and organisational leadership will also be considered. A working knowledge of the Australian health sector will advantageous but is not a pre-requisite. The aptitude and appetite to be a future Chair of MedicAlert will also be well regarded.
