Reporting to the Director, Transformation and Change, the Manager, Corporate Governance Office is responsible for leading the corporate governance, secretariat, and program management office functions to ensure probity, equity, and best practice standards in project delivery and public administration are met. Key responsibilities include:
Applications are sought from governance professionals with experience in a comparable role in a complex governance environment. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in public administration, corporate governance, program/project governance or a relevant discipline, with an understanding of public administration and legislative requirements. With people leadership experience you will demonstrate highly effective stakeholder influence and engagement, change management, and strategic thinking skills. An agile, consultative, collaborative and solutions-focused approach is important.
